Careers at Kew House School

A young person’s career preparation is their pathway through learning and work. At Kew House, we are committed to ensuring that every student has access to a well-planned programme of activities, guidance, and support to make informed decisions about their future. Our careers programme supports students throughout their time at school and beyond, helping them prepare for successful transitions into higher education, employment, or further training.

Supporting Student Success

Most of our students choose to study A Levels with the aspiration of progressing to higher education. We are proud of our excellent track record in supporting successful applications to top universities in the UK and abroad, including prestigious Russell Group institutions. Students go on to study a wide variety of subjects, from traditional disciplines such as Law, Medicine, Veterinary Science, History, and Economics, to creative fields like Music Production, Art and Design, Film, and Textiles.

Beyond university, our tailored guidance ensures students are equipped to explore alternative pathways, including apprenticeships, vocational training, and international study. We also collaborate with third-party providers to support international applications, enabling students to pursue opportunities in countries such as the USA, Canada, The Netherlands and Australia.
