A Level, BTEC and GCSE Results 2026

GCSE Results

Kew House School celebrated an excellent set of GCSE results for our Year 11 pupils, reflecting their hard work, ambition and determination, alongside the expertise and dedication of their teachers.

This year’s results demonstrate strong achievement across the curriculum, with particularly impressive performances at the highest grades. More than a third of all grades were awarded at grades 8 or 9, with exceptional results across the Sciences.

  • 38% of all grades were the A* equivalent grades: 8–9.
  • 89% of Biology, Chemistry and Physics grades were 7–9.

Yaa and Shio both achieved exceptional GCSE results, with impressive average grades of 8.2 and 8.6 respectively, including grade 9s in Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Both will continue their passion for STEM at A Level, studying Maths, Chemistry and Biology.

Josh (right) celebrated an exceptional set of GCSE results, achieving an outstanding nine grade 9s and one grade 8 – an extraordinary average grade of 8.9.

It was wonderful to see him celebrating alongside his older brother Jake, our former Head Boy and to see the two brothers supporting one another at such an important milestone. Josh will now follow in his brother’s footsteps into Kew House Sixth Form, while continuing to forge a path entirely of his own.

Rachel (right) achieved a fantastic four 9s and five 8s. We’re just as delighted for her as the supportive friends celebrating alongside her in this picture – a lovely moment to mark a brilliant achievement.

A huge congratulations to Dexter on an outstanding set of GCSE results, achieving an incredible six grades 8–9! A brilliant achievement and one to be very proud of.

Chloe achieved an outstanding seven 9s, two 8s and one 7. We are delighted that she will be staying with us at Kew House Sixth Form – a brilliant set of results and a very exciting next chapter ahead.

“These results are a wonderful reflection of all that our Year 11 pupils have achieved. We are particularly proud not only of the outstanding grades, but of the individual progress and success represented across the whole cohort. From pupils who have been with the Gardener Schools Group since Prep School to those who have joined Kew House from around the world, each has followed their own path and made the most of their individual strengths. My congratulations go to every pupil and to our dedicated teaching staff for the expertise, encouragement and support that have helped them achieve so much.”– Will Williams, Headmaster
